Private sessions can be set up as a small group (2-6 people), as a larger group event, or one on one. One on one private sessions are helpful in figuring out what your individual yoga needs might be, and then learning to implement a daily routine that will hopefully off- set some of the imbalances you may be feeling in your body or in life. I am here for you as a guide and to help you track your progress. I am committed to keeping up to date with recent yoga research and discoveries, and to learning all that I can in order to give my students the best possible experience. As a yoga teacher, I love practicing yoga and sharing its benefits, and I value the importance of creating a safe sustainable practice so that we can continue for years to come.

I teach yoga at several locations throughout the Vail Valley, and can host a class at one of those places depending on where you are staying, and/or I can go to your specific location if you have space to host a class, or we can work together on zoom if you prefer and/or live further away.
