"I have never encountered a more authentic teacher and human and that makes every yoga class so perfect. You pay direct attention to who we are and where we are and engage each of us with care. Your pacing is another thing that I really value--your classes feel to me a slow burn that allows me to get both cardio and deep stretch. I struggle with very fast-paced classes, not because I can't keep up but because when I get in a warrior or something I want to feel it for a moment, get that extra bang out of that stretch, and you allow us to explore and go more deeply into our poses.
